ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE SHARE CAPITAL AND THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTING RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY

The company under the corporate name "FAIS HOLDINGS S.A.." (hereinafter the "Company") informs the investing public, pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 9 of Law 3556/2007, as in force, that, further to the increase of the Company's share capital within the framework of the Dividend Reinvestment Program and the certification of its partial payment which took place on 29/7/2026 and was announced by the Company on 31/7/2026, the Company's share capital now amounts to the sum of €46,481,880.00, divided into 46,481,880 common, dematerialized, registered, voting shares, with a nominal value of €1 each.
