Announcement pursuant to Greek law 3556/2007

Papoutsanis SA (the Company) informs investors, pursuant to Greek law 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Regulation of Operation of Euronext Athens, each as currently applicable, that following the TR1 notification on significant holdings change dated 22/09/2026 and submitted to the Company on the same day by Aikaterini Maria Karatza, the percentage of the voting shares that are kept with the Joint Investor Share “JIS TASSOPOULOS-KARATZA” (the JIS) together with Mr Menelaos Tassopoulos increased, due to a transaction that took place on 18/09/2026, to over 5% of the total voting share capital of the Company and in particular to 1,768,367  common, registered, voting shares corresponding to 6.53% of the total voting share capital of the Company. 

The total percentage of shares in the Company held by Aikaterini Maria Karatza is exclusively attributed to her participation in the above-mentioned JIS. 

In accordance with the operation of the JIS, the voting rights of the shares in the Company held with it are all exercised under the discretion of Mr Menelaos Tassopoulos.
