Announcement of the Offer Price of the Company's New Shares issued under the Dividend Reinvestment ProgrammeThe company "FAIS HOLDING S.A." (the "Company") announces the following details regarding the offer price of the Company's new shares (the "Offer Price") issued in the context of the share capital increase through the reinvestment of up to 50% of the gross dividend attributable to each eligible shareholder from the profits of the financial year 2025 (the "New Shares"):As has already been announced, the Board of Directors of the Company, by its decision dated 02.07.2026, determined that the Offer Price shall be equal to the average volume weighted average price (VWAP – Volume Weighted Average Price) of the Company's share on the Euronext Athens over the following three (3) trading days of the dividend reinvestment right exercise period, from 22.07.2026 to and including 24.07.2026, reduced by 3% (discount rate), rounded up to the next second decimal place.In accordance with the above calculation method, and taking into account that the average volume weighted average price of the Company's share from 22.07.2026 to and including 24.07.2026 equals 3.38 Euros, the Offer Price amounts to 3.28 Euros per New Share.Alimos, 24.07.2026FAIS HOLDING S.A.
