(the "Company"), in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework, hereby informs the investment community that Ms. Sofia Vakaki, Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors, has notified the Company that on September 30th 2026, purchased 43,944 ordinary shares of the Company, with a total transaction value of € 1,095,687.00.
