The company “JUMBO S.A.” announces according to the provisions of the Law 3556/2007and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, that Mrs. Argyro Athanasiou -Independent, Non- Executive Member of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A., proceeded on July 16th 2026 with the acquisition of 310 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 7.099,00, i.e. EUR 22,90 per share.
