The company CNK Consulting Single Member PC, which is a legal entity that is closely associated with the CEO of our company Mr. Orfeas Mavrikios, purchased during the Euronext Athens trading session of 08.10.2026 10,000 shares of our company (ISIN GRS084003011, corresponding to 10,000 voting rights). The above transaction was effected on the Euronext Athens securities market at an average price of Euro 2.12 per share (total gross amount of 21,386.24 euros).

This announcement is made in the context of the disclosure of the transactions of the persons exercising Managerial Duties in accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in accordance with article 21 of Law 3556/2007.
