Announcement of Own Share Purchases
The company Quality & Reliability S.A., pursuant to Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, announces that, in execution of the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 30.03.2026 and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated 13.05.2026, it carried out the following transaction:
- on Monday , 13/7/2026, the purchase of 10,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.3325 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 13,324.70.
- on Tuesday , 14/7/2026, the purchase of 10,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2947 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 12,946.72.
- on Wednesday , 15/7/2026, the purchase of 12,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2637 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 15,164.00.
Following the purchases carried out to date, the Company holds a total of 94,715 own shares, corresponding to 0.268 % of the total number of shares of the Company.
