Peania, October 1, 2026 – Lavipharm S.A. (the "Company") announces that it commenced sales of DUROGESIC® in the French market on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, following approval by the competent French regulatory authority of the transfer of the product's marketing authorization to the Company.
The Company is continuing the process of transferring the DUROGESIC® marketing authorizations in the remaining markets and expects the related approvals, particularly in markets of significant commercial interest, to be completed in the near term.
