Annehem awarded for highest customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year

Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) has received the award for Sweden's most satisfied office tenants in the medium-sized company category for the second consecutive year. This year's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score is 82, marking an improvement for the third consecutive year.

In this year's CFI Group Fastighetsbarometern Office survey, Annehem's CSI increased to 82, compared with 81 in the previous year. This means that Annehem's customer satisfaction has improved for the third consecutive year. Since 2023, the company's CSI has risen from 74 to 82 on a scale of 0 to 100. This development reflects Annehem's long-term efforts to maintain close dialogue, provide personalised service and respond attentively to tenants' needs.

"Winning this award for the second consecutive year is a fantastic recognition. For Annehem, customer satisfaction is an important measure of how well we perform in our day-to-day property management. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all Annehem employees, whose daily commitment makes a difference for our customers," says Monica Fallenius, CEO of Annehem Fastigheter.

The annual survey provides Annehem with valuable insights for its continued efforts to further develop its property management and enhance the tenant experience.

"We build close relationships by being accessible, listening and responding to our tenants' needs. For us, it is about working together to create environments where people thrive and businesses can develop. We are grateful for our tenants' continued trust and for their feedback, which helps us become an even better partner," says Gustav Eriksson, Head of Property Management at Annehem Fastigheter.
