Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) today announce the appointment of Andreas Morfiadakis as Chief Executive Officer of SBB. Andreas Morfiadakis will assume the position as CEO of SBB on 10 August 2026. Andreas Morfiadakis will remain in his role as CEO of KlaraBo Sverige AB (“KlaraBo”) until the finalisation of KlaraBo’s ongoing merger with Sveafastigheter AB (publ) (“Sveafastigheter”), which is expected to be completed in September 2026.
As the board of directors are positive to Andreas Morfiadakis becoming the CEO in SBB (the largest shareholder in both KlaraBo and Sveafastigheter), the board of directors has approved that Andreas Morfiadakis temporarily holds the position of CEO of both KlaraBo and SBB during the limited transition period until the merger is completed.
Magnus Nordholm, KaraBo’s deputy CEO and CFO, has decided to resign and take on other challenges outside KlaraBo. Magnus will remain within the group no longer than the year-end 2026/2027.
