AMG Critical Materials N.V. to Apply for Secondary Listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Amsterdam, 24 August 2026 (Regulated Information) --- AMG Critical Materials N.V. ("AMG" or the "Company", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") plans to apply for listing of its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The listing is expected to become effective in the course of 2026.
With this second listing in Germany, the Company targets to access a wider investor base and create additional liquidity in AMG shares.

AMG's long-standing presence combined with our increasing investment into Germany makes the decision to list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange a very natural extension of our strategic focus, and we look forward to re-introducing ourselves to the German investment community.”
AMG does not plan to issue or offer any new shares in connection with the secondary listing in Frankfurt. The listing in Frankfurt will complement AMG’s primary listing on Euronext Amsterdam, the Netherlands stock exchange on which the Company has been publicly listed since 2007. Euronext Amsterdam will continue to be AMG’s primary listing.
In connection with the secondary listing, AMG will make an information document available pursuant to Article 1(5)(ba) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (the Prospectus Regulation).
