(OTC: AEFI) ("American EcoFuels," "AEFI" or the "Company"), a developer of advanced synthetic fuel technologies focused on Sustainable Aviation Fuel ("SAF"), synthetic paraffinic kerosene ("SPK"), clean diesel and related engineered hydrocarbon products, today announced the appointment of Samson Lee, John Gerdin and Niclas von Schantz to its Board of Directors as independent directors.

The appointments expand the Board's breadth of experience across public-company governance, international business, corporate finance, capital markets, technology commercialization, strategic communications and market development. The Company believes this additional oversight and perspective will support its next stage of development as it advances its technology, regulatory and long-term commercialization initiatives.

Samson Lee

Mr. Lee is a financial and technology executive with extensive experience building businesses and financial ecosystems across Asia and international markets. He previously served as an independent director of DSS, Inc., contributing to board governance, strategic oversight, capital-markets initiatives, stakeholder engagement, technology commercialization, risk management and long-term corporate development.

Mr. Lee also served as APAC Managing Director and General Manager of Rovi Corporation and as Managing Director and General Manager of Greater China and South Asia for DivX, Inc. His career includes management leadership roles with PCCW Limited and TOM Group Limited, as well as experience across digital assets, tokenization, emerging financial technologies, quantum technologies and advanced energy technologies.

John Gerdin

Mr. Gerdin brings experience in international business development, corporate finance, capital formation and strategic partnerships. His recent roles include responsibility for international business and growth at Recon Group AI, service as a senior consultant to Kepler Aerospace, and portfolio-advisory work with firms based in Zurich, Switzerland. His background is expected to support the Company's capital-markets strategy, international relationships and long-term corporate development.

Niclas von Schantz

Mr. von Schantz is a senior brand strategist and commercialization specialist with more than 25 years of experience helping companies, technologies and brands build market positions. He has worked with more than 100 brands across more than 50 markets, spanning energy, technology, industrial manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, infrastructure, retail and aviation.

His experience includes senior strategic and executive roles involving go-to-market strategy, positioning, pricing, partnerships, international brand development and growth. Mr. von Schantz is also a certified board member through the Swedish Board Academy and has worked with organizations including Vattenfall Power, Caterpillar Zeppelin, Mazda, Uponor Infrastructure, Nilfisk and ACCO Brands.
