Amendment to the Prospectus of the Company and the Key Information Documents of the SubFunds

Terms not specifically defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the articles of incorporation (the “Articles”) and in the latest prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”).

Dear Shareholders,

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) hereby informs the Shareholders that the index administrator, S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC, has decided to change the denomination of the “Markit iBoxx indexes” (the “Indexes”) tracked by the Sub-Funds, as reflected in the below table (the “Changes”).

The Changes became effective on the 27th of July 2026 (the “Effective Date”) and will be reflected in the next version of the Prospectus.

Importantly, the Changes do not represent a change to the investment objective, nor a change to the investment policy of the Sub-Funds. The other characteristics of the Sub-Funds remain unchanged.

The latest Prospectus and Key Information Documents are available on request free of charge at the Company’s registered office and may be or consulted as from the Effective Date on the following website:
