Amendment to the 2026 Financial Calendar
ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), further to its announcements dated 10.03.2026 and 29.05.2026, and in the context of ensuring the accurate and timely information to the investment community in accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Euronext Athens Rulebook and its Decision No. 25/15.04.2024, hereby announces the amendment of its Financial Calendar for 2026.
More specifically, the publication of the 2026 Half-Year Financial Report and the announcement commenting on the H1 2026 financial results will take place on Tuesday, 22 September 2026, by posting the relevant information on the website of EURONEXT ATHENS (www.athens.euronext.com) and on the Company’s website (www.ellaktor.com), following the close of the trading session of EURONEXT ATHENS.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above date, informing the investment community in a timely manner through a subsequent announcement, in accordance with the provisions of the Euronext Athens Rulebook.
