SARANTOPOULOS S.A.”, in the context of proper, valid and timely information to the investing public, announces that its 2026 Financial Calendar is amended with respect to the date of announcement of the Half-Year Financial Results and the publication of the 2026 Half-Year Financial Report on the websites of the Company (www.ksarantopoulos.gr) and Euronext Athens (https://athens.euronext.com), in accordance with the applicable legislation. 

The above will take place on September 30, 2026, after the close of the trading session, instead of the initially scheduled date of September 28, 2026.
