Amendment of the 2026 Financial Calendar

AKTOR GROUP OF COMPANIES announces the amendment of its 2026 Financial Calendar, in accordance with Article 4.1.1 (2) of the EURONEXT ATHENS Exchange Rulebook and Decision 25 Article 2 of the EURONEXT ATHENS Exchange Steering Committee, and in the context of timely and proper notification of the investor community, as follows:

• - Thursday 24/09/2026 - Release of the Semi-Annual Financial Results for the first half of FY 2026 and of the Commentary on the Semi-Annual Financial Results for the first half of FY 2026, which will be posted on the EURONEXT ATHENS website (www.athens.euronext.com) and on the company’s website (www.aktor.gr), following the closing of the EURONEXT ATHENS Exchange trading session.

The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates, after informing the investor community in good time with an amendment to the present, in accordance with the provisions of the EURONEXT ATHENS Exchange Regulation.
