AMENDMENT OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026
Rom e, July 9, 2026 – The Board of Directors of Tinexta S.p.A. (“ Tinexta” or the “ Company ”), held today, resolved to bring forward the date of the Board of Directors for the approval, inter alia , of the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of June 30th, 2026, to July 30th, 2026 (instead of July 31st, 2026, as previously announced on November 12, 2025 ).
The further dates in the calendar of corporate events for the financial year 202 6, available on the Company's website, are unchanged.
