Amendment of dividend reinvestment program dates and dividend payment date

Fais Group Holdings S.A. (trade name "Fais Group"), further to its announcements dated 02/07/2026 and 03/07/2026 regarding the "Notification of dividend right / dividend reinvestment right cut-off and dividend payment," informs the investing public of the new dates that will apply to the reinvestment program and the dividend payment date, due to GEMI (General Commercial Registry) publicity requirements:

• -Calculation period for the offering price of New Shares (3-trading-day VWAP): July 22–24, 2026, with 3% discount
• -Period for exercising the dividend reinvestment right: July 15–28, 2026
• -Dividend payment: August 4, 2026

All other terms remain unchanged.
