FOR A 96.8 MW PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECT
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARDÒ (LE)
COMPLETION OF THE AUTHORIZATION PROCESS SIGNIFICANTLY
STRENGTHENS THE PORTFOLIO OF AUTHORIZED PROJECTS
Rivoli (Turin), 1 October 2026 - Altea Green Power (AGP.MI, hereinafter “AGP” or “the Company”) , a company active in the development of projects and the construction of “green energy” plants, announces that the Puglia Region has authorized a ground -mounted photovoltaic project with a total capacity of approximately 96.8 MW in the Municipality of Nardò (LE).
The authorization was granted by the Puglia Region upon completion of the process, which included an Environmental Impact Assessment (VIA) procedure before the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security (MASE), followed by the Sole Authorization (AU) proc edure before the Puglia Region.
The project, developed through a special -purpose vehicle and with an authorized capacity close to 100 MW, is the largest renewable energy generation initiative that Altea Green Power has managed and successfully brought to completion to date.
This authorization adds to those already obtained by Altea Green Power, further increasing the total capacity authorized as part of its renewable energy development activities and confirming the Company’s ability to successfully complete authorization processes for large -scale projects.
Additionally, for Altea Green Power, the authorization of this plant, which is already under contract with a leading industry player, marks the achievement of the final milestone under the contractual agreements, with approximately € 1 million expected to be received by the end of first quarter 2027.
