Allocation of shares as part of the savings programme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA in the period from 19 August to 24 August 2026, for use in the group's savings programme for employees, have been distributed to the employees 26 August 2026, at a price of NOK 218.8802.

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 277,610 shares which corresponds to 0.07 percent of the issued shares. A list of primary insiders' acquisitions of shares is attached.
