Allgon Delivers Sales Growth Amid Cautious Market as New CEO Takes the Helm
Allgon AB, a global leader in industrial wireless control solutions, has published its Annual Report for 2025, a year that called for discipline and adaptability amid a more cautious market environment, particularly within parts of the OEM segment. Despite this, Allgon grew sales and strengthened its financial position, while continuing to bring its three brands – Tele Radio, Åkerströms and Sistematica – closer together under one strategic roadmap.
Financial Highlights
●Net Sales: SEK 761.1 million (up from SEK 718.8 million in 2024), an increase of 5.9 percent.
●Operating Profit (EBIT): SEK 77.2 million, representing an operating margin of 10.1 percent.
●Profit for the Year: SEK 46.6 million.
●Employees: 444 globally across 23 countries.
●Cash flow from operating activities more than doubled to SEK 106.8 million, supported by improved inventory levels and a strengthened financial position.
Allgon continued to invest in the Allgon Common Platform (ACP), a shared technical foundation designed to shorten development cycles and increase compatibility across future product generations. The first ACP-based products launched at the end of the first quarter of 2026. Tele Radio's new PAQ platform for handheld industrial remote controls reached its validation phase during the year, which launched in Q2 2026.
In September 2025, Linda Nyquist-Evenrud took over as Group CEO, succeeding previous leadership and bringing experience from her role as CEO of Kongsberg Automotive. Her early focus has been on continuity and setting the conditions for Allgon's next phase of growth.
In October, representatives from all of Allgon's brands and subsidiaries gathered for a Global Team Meeting in Italy, working together on shared strategy and identifying practical improvements spanning time-to-market, product development, and customer value. Increased cross-selling between Tele Radio and Sistematica reflected the Group's continued efforts to offer customers a broader, more integrated proposition. Showcased partnerships – including Tele Radio's work with VDL Container Systems, Åkerströms' Access_Ctrl and VR training solutions, and Sistematica's collaboration with Menzing on the Sieger Machinery project – illustrated how Allgon's brands are strengthening safety and reliability across demanding industrial and mobile applications worldwide.
Sustainability remained closely integrated into Allgon's operations. In 2025, Allgon:
●Reduced total greenhouse gas emissions to 19,645 tons CO2e (down from 34,026 tons in 2024).
●Voluntarily aligned its Sustainability Report with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and completed its first Double Materiality Assessment (DMA).
●Achieved its upstream transport emission reduction target.
●Expanded Supplier Code of Conduct coverage, aiming for substantial Tier 1 supplier coverage by 2026.
Looking ahead, Allgon anticipates a more positive market environment than in 2025. Backed by strengthened working capital and a clearer portfolio structure, the Group aims to build on its strategy of technology leadership, commercial excellence, and operational efficiency to regain a clearer path to growth.
