Aixia Group: Reminder – today is the last day of the acceptance period for the public takeover offer from White Pearl Technology Group

Aixia Group AB (publ) ("Aixia") hereby reminds its shareholders that the acceptance period for the recommended public takeover offer from White Pearl Technology Group AB (publ) ("WPTG") expires today, Monday, August 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CEST.
About the offer
The offer was announced on June 1, 2026 and means that shareholders in Aixia are offered 5.33 newly issued B shares in WPTG and SEK 10.00 in cash for each share in Aixia. The acceptance period began on July 13, 2026 and ends today, August 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CEST.
Important for shareholders who have not yet submitted acceptances
• Shareholders whose shares are registered with a nominee (e.g. with a bank or other nominee) accept the offer in accordance with instructions from the respective nominee. Please note that nominees may apply an earlier deadline for acceptance than 5:00 p.m. today. Shareholders are therefore advised to contact their nominee as soon as possible.
• Shareholders with directly registered holdings (VP account) accept the offer in accordance with the instructions in the offer document via Aqurat Fondkommission AB.
• Acceptances received after the end of the acceptance period will not be considered.

The offer document, the supplementary documents, the independent bid committee statement and the independent valuation opinion (fairness opinion) from Forvis Mazars AB are available on WPTG's website for the offer, www.whitepearltech.com, and via Aixia's website under Investor Relations.
Information on the outcome of the offer and the timing of settlement is expected to be announced by WPTG in accordance with the schedule set out in the offer document.
