AGREEMENT WITH BEŞIKTAŞ FOR THE D ISPOSAL
OF THE PLAYER MIRETTI
Turin , 28 August 2026 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that an agreement with Beşiktaş JK for the temporary disposal, until 30 June 202 7, of the registration rights of the player Fabio Miretti has been reached for a consideration of € 2 million , with ancillary costs of € 0. 1 million .
The agreement further entails the right for Beşiktaş to definitively acquire the player’s registration rights for an additional consideration of € 13 million, payable in three financial years .
