Agreement for hotel rehabilitation in Stavanger

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia ASA, has signed an agreement with Klubbgt 3 AS, part of Calmar Gruppen, for the rehabilitation and conversion of Klubbgata 3 in Stavanger into a hotel.

The agreement follows a completed project development phase between the parties. The project includes the conversion and rehabilitation of the existing building into a hotel, which will be operated by BREEZE Hotels.

The contract value is approximately MNOK 156 incl. VAT. Construction will commence in September 2026 and is scheduled for completion in September 2027.
