Results of AGM 2026
Sure ventures PLC is a London listed venture capital fund which invests in early stage software companies in the rapidly growing technology areas of Augmented reality ('AR'), Virtual reality ('VR'), Internet of Things ('IoT') and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The results of the AGM held on the 16th of September 2026, at 51 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7DQ are below:
-All resolutions contained in the notice of the AGM were duly passed on a show of hands in the meeting and the proxy votes received by the registrar.
-The number of shares voted on via proxy were 512,015 and all were cast in favour of resolutions 1 to 9 and 97% in favour of resolution 10.
-Copies of all special resolutions numbered 10 to 11 will be made available for inspection from the National storage mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
