Oslo, Norway – July 30 2026: Agilyx ASA (Euronext Oslo Børs: AGLX; Frankfurt: 5NQ) ("Agilyx" or the "Company") today announces that it has appointed Citibank, N.A. ("Citi") as depositary bank for a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (“ADR") program.
The ADRs are expected to begin trading by the end of August 2026 on the US over-the-counter (OTC) market, and be quoted and settled in US dollars, providing US investors with a convenient means of holding and trading in the Company's shares during US market hours through their own brokers and custodians.
The establishment of a sponsored Level 1 ADR program is intended to broaden Agilyx's US investor base, enhance the visibility and accessibility of the Company's shares in the world's largest capital market, and improve overall trading liquidity. The program does not involve the issuance of new shares and will have no dilutive effect on existing shareholders.
Ranjeet Bhatia, Chief Executive Officer of Agilyx, commented:
"Establishing a sponsored ADR program with Citi is a natural step in the development of our shareholder base. Interest from US investors in Agilyx and the European recycling opportunity has grown considerably, and the ADR makes it materially easier for US investors to invest in our business."
The launch of the ADR program remains subject to customary regulatory filings and confirmations, and the Company will provide further details, including the ADR ticker and ratio, at launch.
