ADVENTURE ANNOUNCES PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN ISSUERS' REGULATION THE FOLLOWING:
• APPOINTMENT OF INTEGRAE SIM SPA AS EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR
• REDUCTION OF ALGEBRIS' HOLDING BELOW THE 5% THRESHOLD OF THE SHARE CAPITAL
Turin (TO), July 14, 2026 Adventure S.p.A., a fiscally eligible innovative SME, a digital company, owner of the portal ameconviene.it and active in the comparison of rates for gas and electricity, telephony, insurance, finance, listed on Euronext Growth Milan ("Adventure", the "Company"), announces pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the consensual termination of the Euronext Growth Advisor mandate with EnVent Italia SIM S.p.A. and the appointment of Integrae SIM S.p.A. as Euronext Growth Advisor, who will take over starting from July 15, 2026.
It is also specified that, also on today's date, Integrae SIM S.p.A. has issued to Borsa Italiana the declarations of Schedule 2, Section C of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.
Adventure's management thanks EnVent for the valuable support and collaboration provided during these years of listing on Euronext Growth Milan.
The Company, also pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Regulation, announces that it has received on July 13, 2026 from Algebris Investments Ireland Limited (hereinafter "Algebris"), a notification of a change in the percentage of holding below the threshold of relevance of 5% of the share capital.
In particular, Algebris has declared:
• to hold no. 362,416 shares equal to 4.99% of Adventure's share capital;

It is hereby announced that, pursuant to art. 26 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the names of Adventure's significant shareholders are also available on the company's website (www.adventurespa.it / Section "Investor Relations / Shareholder Information"). Any changes will be promptly disclosed to the market.
