The following transferable securities of the Issuer, issued pursuant to its €75,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership (the “Programme”), have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market:
Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Covered Bonds is only available on the basis of the combination of the final terms published by the Issuer on September 16, 2026, respectively for the 2031 Covered Bonds and 2036 Covered Bonds (together, the “Final Terms”), and the Prospectus dated July 9, 2026, as supplemented by the 1st Supplementary Base Prospectus dated August 28, 2026, relating to the Programme (together, the “Prospectus”).
