Admission of "CAPITALICA EUROPEAN OFFICE FUND" additional bonds to the Nasdaq Baltic First North market

Nasdaq Vilnius decided to admit 2 000 additional bond units of closed-end investment company for informed investors UAB "CAPITALICA EUROPEAN OFFICE FUND" to the First North market operated by Nasdaq Vilnius at the request of the Company.

Proceeding from the above, the additional bonds of UAB "CAPITALICA EUROPEAN OFFICE FUND" are admitted on October 8, 2026.

Thus, altogether 10 000 bonds (with nominal value each of EUR 1000 and the total nominal value of EUR 10 000 000) of UAB "CAPITALICA EUROPEAN OFFICE FUND" (ISIN: LT0000136970) will be traded under the trading code CEOF080028FA as from October 8.
