On 7 May 2026, Administer Plc acquired the business of Tarvissio Oy. It was agreed that the purchase price will be paid in cash and in Administer shares. A total of 25,257 Admininster shares, owned by the company itself, has been paid today to Tarvissio Oy as part of the purchase price.
On 7 May 2026, Administer Plc acquired the business of Tilipalvelu Pirhonen. It was agreed that the purchase price will be paid in cash and in Administer shares. A total of 8,898 Administer shares, owned by the company itself, has been paid today to Ville Pirhonen, Tilipalvelu Pirhonen’s owner as part of the purchase price.
On 7 May 2026, Administer Plc acquired the shares of Tilitoimisto Aka Oy. It was agreed that the purchase price will be paid in cash and in Administer shares. A total of 4,068 Administer shares, owned by the company itself, has been paid today to Aulikki Ala-Pöntiö and 3,908 to Hannu Ala-Pöntiö as part of the purchase price.
On 1 June 2026, Administer Plc acquired the shares of Passion for Payroll Stockholm Ab. It was agreed that the purchase price will be paid in cash and in Administer shares. A total of 168,017 Administer shares, owned by the company itself, has been paid today to Passion for Payroll Holding Ab as part of the purchase price.
Transfers of own shares are based on the authorization given to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2026. After the share transfers the company holds in the aggregate 103,212 own shares.
