The Board of Directors of Administer has decided to establish an HR Committee. The members of the Committee are:
- Anni Vepsäläinen (Board member of Administer Plc, Chair of the HR Committee)
- Milja Saksi (Board member of Administer Plc, Member of the HR Committee)
- Lauri Ratia (Chair of the Board of Administer Plc, Member of the HR Committee)
The HR Committee acts as a preparatory body to the Board of Directors. Its role is to prepare matters relating to personnel, management and remuneration for the Board's consideration and decision-making.
The Committee's responsibilities include, among other things, preparing executive appointments, succession planning, the identification and development of key talent, and remuneration matters. In addition, the Committee is responsible for matters relating to the people strategy, talent management, culture assessment, capability development, and the review of employee well-being results.
