Additional Admission to Trading
28 July 2026 - 3i Group plc hereby notifies the market that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 65,000 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each to be admitted to trading.
The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 29 July 2026.
These shares are being reserved under a block admission and will be issued to settle the award of shares pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
