Acroud withdraws the written procedure initiated under its outstanding super senior bond loan
Acroud AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Acroud”) initiated a written procedure (the “Written Procedure”) under its outstanding bond loan 2025/2028 with ISIN SE0023615661 (the “Bonds”) on 25 August 2026 for the purpose of requesting approval from its bondholders regarding certain amendments to an intercreditor agreement.
Following the initiation of the Written Procedure, Acroud engaged in dialogue with bondholders and initially received supportive feedback from key stakeholders regarding the proposed amendments. However, as the process progressed, it became apparent that there are diverging views among the broader bondholder base. In light of this, and in order to maintain a constructive relationship with all bondholders, the Company has decided to withdraw the Written Procedure at this time. Acroud remains committed to an open and transparent dialogue with all Bondholders and will continue to evaluate alternatives going forward.
Acroud has therefore today decided to withdraw the Written Procedure. Consequently, the Written Procedure will not be voted on and the request to amend the Intercreditor Agreement will not be approved.
