Acquisitions of own shares in Paradox Interactive AB (publ) 21 September - 25 September 2026
Paradox Interactive AB (publ) (“Paradox”) has, during the period 21 September – 25 September 2026, acquired a total of 148,500 own shares within the framework of the share buyback program introduced by the board of directors to optimize the capital structure of Paradox by reducing the share capital, and thereby creating added shareholder value.
The share buyback program of SEK 200 million, which Paradox announced on 5 August 2026 (as amended in accordance with a press release on 31 August 2026), is being implemented in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation No 2016/1052 (“Safe Harbour Regulation”).
During the period 21 September – 25 September 2026, shares in Paradox have been acquired as set out below.

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm on behalf of Paradox by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) which makes its trading decisions concerning the timing of the purchases of shares independently of Paradox. Following the above acquisitions, Paradox’s holding of own shares amounted to 1,137,425 as of 25 September 2026. The total number of shares in Paradox is 105,623,025.
Since 10 August 2026 up to and including 25 September 2026, a total of 1,137,425 shares have been acquired within the scope of the program. A maximum of 10,562,302 shares in total may be acquired.
