Paradox Interactive AB (publ) (“Paradox”) has, during the period 10 August – 14 August, acquired a total of 130,000 own shares within the framework of the buyback program introduced by the Board of Directors on 5 August.

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm on behalf of Paradox by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ). Following the above acquisitions, Paradox’s holding of own shares amounted to 130,000 as of 14 August. The total number of shares in Paradox is 105,623,025.
Since 10 August up to and including 14 August, a total of 130,000 shares have been acquired within the scope of the program. A maximum of 10,562,302 shares in total may be acquired.
