ACQUISITION OF TREASURY SHARES

"ALPHA TRUST - ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A." would like to inform the investment community that, following the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting dated 21.04.2026 as well as the decision of BoD dated 30.04.2026 and pursuant to article 49 of L.4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, it has proceeded through BETA Securities, in the meeting dated October 01^st, 2026, to the purchase of 2,900 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 8.8025 euro per share, of a total value of 25,569.32 euro. 

Following the above purchase, the Company owns 199,948 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 7.13 euro per share, a percentage of 5.33% of the total shares of the Company.
