Accor announces today the completion of the first tranche of its share buyback program, launched on April 2, 2026, for an amount of EUR225m. At the end of this program, the Group acquired 4,910,762 shares at an average price of €45.82.
This first tranche is part of the €450 million share buyback program announced with the release of the 2025 annual results on February 19th, 2026.
