ABIONYX Pharma (FR0012616852 - ABNX - PEA PME eligible), a next-generation biopharmaceutical company developing innovative therapies for sepsis and critical care based on a proprietary apoA-I-based technology platform, today provides an update on its activity and cash position as of June 30, 2026.
With regard to its core and strategic business focused on developing innovative therapies aimed at improving patients’ lives, the Company did not generate any revenue during the quarter, as ABIONYX Pharma continued to provide its bioproduct free of charge in connection with applications for Compassionate Use Authorization (AAC).
The ABIONYX Pharma Group reported consolidated half-year revenue of €1.9 million for the first half of 2026, which was generated entirely by its subsidiary IRIS Pharma through its contract research organization (CRO) activities in ophthalmology. Based on the information available as of the date of this press release, the Company anticipates that IRIS Pharma’s revenue for fiscal year 2026 will remain broadly stable compared to that of fiscal year 2025.
As of June 30, 2026, the ABIONYX Pharma Group’s consolidated cash and cash equivalents stood at €26.9 million following the financing transaction announced on June 18 and prior to the receipt of Research Tax Credits and grants under the France 2030 plan. The Company’s financial visibility extends through the end of 2028.
