AB Tewox has fully redeemed its EUR 35 million bond issue (ISIN LT0000409567)

Please be informed that SUTNTIB AB Tewox (hereinafter – the Issuer) has successfully completed its EUR 35 million bond issue (ISIN LT0000409567) and fully settled with investors, in accordance with the scheduled term.

The bond issue was redeemed in two stages: approximately EUR 16 million worth of bonds were redeemed on 24 August 2026, and EUR 19 million on 6 October 2026. In total, the Issuer paid more than EUR 6 million of interest to the investors.
