AB “Novaturas” has entered into agreements to transfer its own shares, exercising the options granted to employees in 2022 and 2023

During the period from 2 September 2026 to 7 September 2026, Akcinė bendrovė “Novaturas” (the “Company”) entered into agreements for the transfer of 23,573 treasury shares for the purpose of exercising the options granted on 22 December 2022, 21 April 2023 and 22 June 2023 to employees of the Company and other companies within the Company’s group.

Once these transfers have been recorded in the securities accounts, the number of treasury shares held by the Company will decrease to 32,424, representing 0.18% of all shares issued by the Company.
