Free2Move HoldingAB ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on NGM Growth Market,issued a press release September 30, 2026, with information that theCompany will file for bankruptcy. Stockholm District Court declared the Company bankrupt onOctober1, 2026.NGMdecided to halt trading in the shares on September 30, 2026. For more information, see Market Notice #26-73.
According toparagraph3.3.2inRules for companies whose shares are listed on NGM Growth Marketthe exchange may decide to delist the instruments of an issuer ifan application for bankruptcy, liquidation of the business, or a decision regarding anequivalent measure has been taken by the Company or filed by a third party with a courtor public authority.
With reference to the above, NGM has decidedto delist the sharesofthe Companyfrom NGM Growth Market with immediate effect.Trading in the Company’s shares will not be resumed.
