VLRS GRP BidCo AB has disclosed a public takeover offer to the shareholders in Triona ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on NGM Growth Market.
According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on NGM Growth Market, a company's shares can be placed under observation if the company is subject to a public takeover offer.
With reference to the situation above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to place the shares and related instruments in the Company under observation with immediate effect. The observation status applies until further notice.
