2026 Redemption Opportunity
The Board announces that a total of 2,690,418 Ordinary Shares have been validly tendered for redemption and will be redeemed pursuant to the 2026 Redemption Opportunity.
Following consideration of certain redemption elections received, the final number of shares to be redeemed as set out above.
The Redemption Shares represent approximately 14.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital as at 31 August 2026.
