CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Turin, July 9, 2026 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (the “Company”) announces the calendar of corporate events scheduled for the 2026/2027 financial year:
• September 24 - 30, 2026 – Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, and the consolidated annual financial report for the year ended June 30, 2026;
• November 2 - 6, 2026 – Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026;
• February 22 - 26, 2027 – Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated interim financial report as of December 31, 2026.
The calendar of corporate events for the 2026/2027 financial year is also available on the Company's website (https://www.juventus.com/it/) in the "Club/Investors" section. The Company will promptly inform the market of the definitive dates of the corporate events and any changes.
