2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the "Company") advises that a Special General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. CET at the Company's offices at Tjuvholmen Allé 3, 0252 Oslo, Norway.

The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 as the record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Special General Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

A copy of the Notice of Special General Meeting and the Form of Proxy can be found on the Company's website www.2020bulkers.com and attached to this press release. The Notice of the Special General Meeting and the Form of Proxy will also be distributed to shareholders by normal distribution methods.
